Based on my 2 year experience One star for any apartment facing Harrison Street. You will never have a good nights rest if you rent facing this direction. Before all the construction it was pretty noisy from the traffic and cops pulling people over at all hours of the night. But the construction has been a total nightmare and it goes on all night sometimes. The apartments also get SUPER HOT and there is no air conditioning (you wouldn't think you need it in SF but trust me these apartments are little hot boxes). Management will tell you to put a fan in front of your window but that is pretty useless and with all the noise at night forget about sleeping with the window open.
