length of stay: 3 years- This is a PRO and a CON. SF never gets cold and you never need AC, but on those really "hot" days (about 1 week every year), this apartment stays relatively cool. On the flip side, it is very cold in the winter and the heaters don't work very well to heat up such a large space.
